Rockstar Unplugged Design Strategy & Motion Toolkit

Rockstar Unplugged, I led the design strategy, visual direction, and packaging design for a new kind of energy drink — one focused on mood, balance, and modern energy. This wasn't just about launching a product; it was about redefining Rockstar’s visual language for a new audience.

We introduced fluid “groove shapes” radiating from the iconic Rockstar star — a visual metaphor for music, mood, and momentum. These forms carried across packaging, digital, and campaign visuals, expressing a calmer, more intentional energy.

I also led the motion design system for launch, collaborating with our agency partner Burn & Broad to create animated content that brought the visual strategy to life across social, retail, and brand touchpoints. The result was a cohesive, multi-sensory design system that balanced brand equity with breakthrough storytelling — all executed in close collaboration with Rockstar’s internal creative team.
